THE DESIGN BRIEF FOR A STARTER HOME | BARN STYLE

Hi, we are in the process of buying a steep lot in Hout Bay and would like to enquire about prices etc. The living space needs to all be on one level including a pool and decking. We are looking for 100 sqm living space and also a 30 sqm rental / office space unit that can be separate or on a different level. We are looking the most cost effective construction materials.

NOTES : A double garage can be built instead of the double carport on the top level and there is a door leading directly into the main house from the carport
